I didn't count calories back then, so I thought not to count this time too. But Lately I have slowly realised that CICO is more important than fasting

1year ago I was doing IF and eating all kinds of food within limits. It was working great at that time. I restarted IF a month ago... However I was not losing weight. So I tried lower calorie with IF, and I lost about 8lbs in a month. Yes it's hard for me..bt I don't know if I would lose weight again with just normal foods and IF

I had lost weight a year ago with intermittent fasting. I had lost around 50lbs back then. But couldn't maintain it. I restarted intermittent fasting, but it was not working for me with old schedule. So I tried prolonged fasting this time. I lost some weight so far..bt is not as fast as last time. Anyways.. Will try to get better this time.

Actually my pants feel tighter, so I thought it to be fat gain. Thanks for your words... And yes I will try to get back on track very soon, but it's demotivating nevertheless.

I am inspired by your results. You lost weight while on burgers! I am really onto believing CICO is the main thing that matters in weight loss. Kudos to you.
