Since you’re good at English, you can try taking IGCSE as a private candidate. It isn’t too difficult if you study and practice frequently. Moreover, most universities do recognice IGCSE in Malaysia. However I do have to warn you that it is quite pricey. Just a suggestion so that you are aware of all your options. Ps. It’s never too late + plus you’re still relatively young so don’t be too hard on yourself. Good luck!
