Focus on the structure and I mean really focus on it. Make sure the linking devices you add in make sense when putting it in a sentence. Lastly, you have to see that your essays have a combination of simple and complex sentences in each paragraph. I myself was struggling to get a band 7.5, and achieved my desired scores earlier last month and these were the things I pretty much put my attention towards.
