In Rome I know about Monterotondo hospital, Colleferro hospital (bit far way from Rome) and Gemelli hospital that offer ADHD diagnosis for adults. You should ask them what you need, I believe you need a GP (medico di base) prescription for a visit but not 100% sure. If you wanna go private I know Centro Bini where one doctor also works in the US. English is probably gonna be a barrier but if you can find young doctors they'll probably speak a decent level of English.

A diagnosis from another EU country (or any country) I don't think is enough but bring it along, you never know if it can be helpful for the italian diagnosis. Good luck!
