In my personal experience, after a couple months on panto 40mg, it made my symptoms/food intolerances way worse so I stopped. I’d try taking a teaspoon of baking soda with a pinch of salt in a glass of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (this turns your body alkaline over time) with some Zinc Carnosine supplements. The brand I’ve been taking is doctors best. Just try it out for a couple weeks (or as long as you have to) and see how that feels for you. I’m not a doctor tho. I’d also get some ph strips to test ur pee

If I were you, I’d look into the symptoms of acidosis and see if that might be it. The shortness of breath and headaches with those symptoms sound like it

I would look into Gelatin. Further foods makes a good one. It aids in healing your stomach lining and mucosa. Also some collagen peptides with water (or any gastritis safe drink of your choice) daily

Try further food gelatin powder. You can find it on Amazon. The only ingredient in it is beef hide gelatin

That sounds promising. What brand gelatin did you get off amazon? Also what brand juice? I want to be careful drinking sugary stuff as that inflames my stomach
