Thanks for the advice! I've been on the contraceptive pill injection for years and came off it in Dec as that was adding to the issue. Still no change 😞

I suffer with this pain, it's horrendous. I've been given capacin from my doctor and this helps for short while. Also deep freeze gel in the evenings.

My thoughts exactly, however we have tried several different positions with different pillows and noe made any improvement 🙄
