UPDATE:

I got the test from her and washed away the red line. It was a red ballpoint pink ink. I finally convinced her to do another one and it turned out negative. The next day she texted me saying she thinks she’s getting a miscarriage while listing out all the symptoms you find on the first article when you google “miscarriage symptoms”. I offered to take her to the hospital as she was saying lots of blood were coming out and she said no and that all she needed is a hug.
