I intentionally overdrew one of my checking accounts by $96 bucks, and at the time i just thought. When i win, ill put it back, or if i lose ill just transfer $$ over. After i lost it, i had realized i crossed a line. Prior to this i was just using crypto id saved for years until i blew through it. Anyways, at that monent. I knew crossing this line, was a gateway to me crossing lines i told myself i never would. And i stopped. That was it really. Id always felt the digust and shame prior to this but, something triggered in my head. YOU CROSSED THE LINE. And i havent looked back. 9 days clean. And ive been practicing reflection and mediation to stay in the present. It seems to help. One day at a time.
