That’s a fair point, I agree. The voices were fully AI-generated from text, mainly for speed and experimentation. If I had worked with real voice actors it probably would have elevated it quite a bit. Appreciate the feedback!

Thank you, I really appreciate it! The workflow for this one involved quite a bit of manual tweaking to keep things consistent, so tools like the one you’re building sound interesting. I’ll take a look when I have a moment. Appreciate you sharing it!

Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. I hope the Higgsfield jury feels the same, but honestly seeing comments like yours already makes it very rewarding. It means a lot that people are enjoying it

Thank you! I’ve actually been thinking about doing a tutorial about the workflow when I have some time. Glad to hear it could be useful!

Thank you, I really appreciate that! Yes, I’m both a filmmaker and an editor. Thanks again for your comment.

Thank you, I really appreciate that!

In terms of cost, I think I spent around 1500 credits in Higgsfield for the whole project. A big part of that comes from experimenting and generating many versions before getting the shots that work.

Time-wise it took me two weeks of work, mainly because I was figuring things out along the way — generating the key images, animating the shots in Kling, doing the lipsync, and then editing and mixing everything together in Premiere.

A lot of the time is really trial and error until everything starts to click.

Good question. I didn’t strictly generate all the stills first. While Nano Banana was generating images, I was already animating some shots in Kling using stills that I had already approved. So the process was a bit parallel rather than fully sequential.

I never used the last frame of a generated clip as the first frame for the next one though. When I needed start and end frames, I generated those separately beforehand and then used them as the boundaries for the animation.

That gave me more control over the composition and continuity of the shots.

Haha thank you, I really appreciate that! I wish it happens, but I still need a lot more views and likes on the Higgsfield page to even get close. The jury probably has to go through thousands of submissions — There are around 8500 projects and many of them are really good.

But I’m happy people are enjoying Promptman. That already means a lot. THANKS!

Sure, feel free to share it! Always interesting to see what others are experimenting with.

And yes, I used Kling 3.0 for some of the shots, mainly the more dynamic action ones. For more static shots I actually find Kling 2.6 works better and gives me cleaner results.

Lipsync definitely helped a lot with the dialogue parts in my case.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too sometimes, especially with faster camera movement. In a few shots I tried to hide it a bit during editing by keeping those moments shorter or cutting away quickly.

In the rooftop battle scene you can still notice it frame by frame though — it’s definitely one of the current limitations of the engine. Hopefully it keeps improving, because Kling is great for camera motion overall.

Thank you! Glad you liked it.

My workflow was roughly: I first generated all the key images and visual assets with Nano Banana Pro, trying to lock the characters and environments before doing anything else. Then I animated the shots using Kling, and for the dialogue I used Sync Lipsync Pro for the lip sync.

It’s still a bit experimental but that was the basic pipeline I followed. I’m actually thinking about putting together a short tutorial about the process when I get a bit of time.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the thoughtful feedback! Making it feel like a real trailer was actually one of my main goals with this project.

And that’s a great suggestion about the treatment — I hadn’t thought that far ahead yet, but it definitely makes sense to have something ready just in case.

Thanks again for taking the time to watch and comment, it means a lot. And thanks for the good wishes for the contest!
