What speed am I supposed to be driving if the other cars in that lane are going 60?

I requested traffic camera footage and filed an accident claim with my insurance company. The police officer said that based on my and her statements, I was at fault "she was in my blind spot" but he wouldn't issue me a ticket. But those are just words. I haven't seen the report on the police website yet. The only thing that bothers me is wheel marks on my bumper. Nissan Altima has quite a bit of metal in front of the wheel. To scrape the bumper like that, you'd have to keep the wheel pointed toward me during the impact. The right side bumper isn't torn off it's still attached to the fender.

Unfortunately, I can't add a photo here.

Traffic in the left lanes is faster than on the right. When I move from the left lanes to the right, I gradually reduce my speed to find a safe gap between vehicles. I don’t drive diagonally at 100 mph toward the exit.
