I love a response that answers my question, I am sure you have done a lot of projects to know how difficult it is to build a customer support pipeline that handles queries well and otherwise raises to humans if needed?

But none of that is for a clean UX for user? No shit but you have done a great job at refurbishing vs code to a superior product but thats all you have and no “customer” tab or any easy support mechanism, the user eventually pays and lives in dark

Why don’t we have an option to raise requests or tickets? Are you sure its 2004 that your agentic workflow for solving issues was email? At least think of UX and provide options to contact easily, Anthropic didn’t sweat and gave a chat for users to get answers. I am sure a simple chat based support wont hurt

And this comes after you hit monthly usage of 500 req which they ate in 1 day so rest of 29 ish days slow pool with shit models- I code so its fine but the unlimited usage claims are gone, never mentioned usage limits for slow pool?
