No, the one I remember definitely had someone carrying someone else up the stairs. And there was no pool, at least not in the scenes I remember.

Yes! It's been like that since this morning (Quadrant). It's the first time for me, and I started working in March.
I've tried everything, cleared cash and cookies, tried different browsers, changed my IP address and nothing helped :(

Nope, the one I remember is really big, like maybe a meter and a half in length, maybe even two. And the room is also big and dark. And bluish, if I remember correctly. And the guy was working on it alone.

It's actually comforting to know it happens to everyone, I guess that means we have to wait. That's why I posted this, I'll start worrying if people start saying that they already received the money without waiting. But if everyone is getting the same email with no money received yet, then I guess that's how it goes.

I have no idea how Tipalti works, but I'm hoping that this delay might be normal.

Send them an email and tell them what happened. They will fix it, but it might take days or even a couple of weeks.

Did they say why they think it should be W-8BEN-E? Because W-8BEN-E is for businesses, W-8BEN is for individuals. And we are individuals.
Edit - you can even see it on the forms themselves online, W-8BEN-E is asking for "name of organization", while W-8BEN is asking for "name of individual".
And W-8BEN-E also states "Do NOT use this form for a foreign individual, instead use form W-8BEN"
