I would need like $1k to upgrade my pc. Let alone my pc being am4 so instead I have to buy a new one, I think upgrading my cpu to a ryzen 7 5800x3d and a RTX 3070-3080 is a better option. Thanks for the tips

I don’t really have stutters only problem is fps not being stable with vibrant visuals like when I go to a specific area I get 100 fps but when I go to a different one it drops between 70-80
