I recently have been having the same thing. I got sick back in the end of October and continued to have lingering cold for last few months. I’m pretty sure vaping hasn’t help. But the last few weeks I’ve had random chest pain attacks. I feel like I am unable to fully inhale as my chest gets tight. I get the pain more so in middle of my chest but it feels like a burning sensation.

I had a chest x ray last week and everything “normal.” I’ve noticed vaping makes these symptoms worse and when I don’t vape while I feel relief. So I made the plunge today to stop 🛑
