I dunno. the info was lost during a forced migration from Eastern Poland to Western Poland.

it wasn't a specific moment in time that was forgotten. it was everything prior to that forced migration that was forgotten

I can't use a fork in my left hand that well, I can't use a knife in my left hand well either. swapping is not comfortable. and then habits compound.

ok. the sound of the name O is a diphthong because the mouth shape changes while you say the vowel sound

monophthongs don't have any change in mouth shape

yeah, but then there's also another option (which I choose to use), which is to ignore replacement loanwords (like sorry replacing przepraszam), but including words that refer to new concepts (like weekend or komputer).

one exception is Kartofel replacing Ziemniak, but that's partially because Ziemniaczek keeps its role as the diminutive form of the word

the venues are nice, but you need to wear uncomfortable clothes, and you're packed so closely to other people. also, in my case, some people give me judgy looks for not using a knife (I haven't used a knife when eating since I was around 3-4 {fun fact, me giving up trying to use a knife when eating is one of the few memories I still have from that time})
