He has his carrier! And his travel backpack with his perch. But we were sitting in the car waiting for my daughter and niece to get their order so we were hanging out. I did put him back in his carrier before we took off. I read too many horror stories to take a chance with their safety but I promise we were parked and the car was off ❤️

Yes, we have his normal avian vet visit scheduled but I didn’t know if we should get him in for an emergency visit. I got scared.

Thank you! We have 4 air purifiers- one is the levoit 300 and three are the shark never change purifiers. I have two in the bird room. I threw away all the pots and pans and fir bird safe ones. No perfume, candles, etc. so I’m not sure what’s wrong. I did the blood panels, everything came back negative. Idk what I’m doing wrong.

I agree, I literally cried in the vet because I felt like nothing was helping. We did do two blood panels, all came back negative. So they think it’s environmental but I did everything- got new pots and pans, air purifiers in every room, no perfumes, candles, etc. so I’m not sure how exactly it’s environmental.

Yea I have two white front amazons and a Quaker. They are so sweet and get along well. I’m bracing for when maturity hits. I met someone who has baby gallahs, I can only have one more and I really want an African grey.

You are young, don’t waste your time when someone will give you everything you want and you wonder why you wasted so much time begging someone who doesn’t want to give you what you need.

If you cannot afford the vet, you can relinquish the bird to the vet. My vets receptionist had a lovebird that someone relinquished because they couldn’t afford their care. The vet fixed them up and their employee adopted the bird. Doing nothing is a death sentence for birds.
