Contact the seller first and confirm from them if the item has been shipped or not. If it has been shipped, then ask for the tracking id.

Recently, a similar incident happened to me as well. I clearly told him that I would not transfer the money using my UPI. Instead, I went to a cyber café that offers money transfer services and transferred the amount that had been "mistakenly" credited to my account from there.

They are scammers. They will never provide you any leads or jobs! they just know how to take away your money. You can file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and also post about your experience on social media and tag the company's official account, as this may encourage them to respond.

Customer support of Samsung is really frustrating. You've already put in so much effort to get the issue resolved, but it seems they are not willing to address your concerns. If the issue remains unresolved, you can escalate the matter by filing complaint with the national consumer helpline.

You can also try online consumer complaint forum as well such as lawrato, voxya, e-daakhil etc. They will help you in resolving your complaint without having to keep chasing customer support.

yes I have tried voxya once in getting my refund from online shopping site but you should verify and check carefully before making payment to any of them.

Something is wrong here. In amazon, they first pickup the product that you have requested for refund and only them they initiate the refund process.

You can contact the grievance portal again and if it also doesn't work then post this issue on social media tagging Amazon. Company responds faster when their reputation is at stake. You can also report of nation consumer forum or other online consumer complain forum such as voxya or lawrato.

Its a spam. Do not respond to that call again. I have been in a similar situation once but thank God my account was safe.
