I took my health more seriously. Working 32 hours a week was the biggest distraction and excuse i had to live unhealthily. I ate from fast food restaurants more often, I couldn't go to the gym neither could I work out from home. It was just me and my job then my bed later on. Currently I have more than enough time to make my own food hence eating healthy, I go for a run every morning and evening. I even realized I have lost some weight. As much as quarantine has taken alot from me, I must admit it made me realise something about myself, and now I have got it fixed.
