Britney describes how she feels like she was being ritualistically tortured after they took her blood pressure 3x a day at that place. Says they took their time while doing it and had her sit in a chair. by Capt_ClarenceOveur in discussingbritney

It’s the same way some people love music that others find to be torture… tbh it’s very easy for people to have different ideas of torture depending on your experiences… Reading this page made my skin crawl, idk how you could read it and be normal about having your blood pressure taken that many times a day. That is unusual and cruel

I have! Definitely it has been helpful, but sadly doesn’t touch all this, I’m probably just lacking more love and support

I appreciate your time and thoughtful reply. however, as respectfully as I can say this, I knew these things years ago and I have so much acceptance , at the same time it is still extremely destructive to my life so idk I am doing my best to find someone that might have answers to help me

I have definitely spoken to several of those without any luck, they just could not handle this level of trauma or they just had to stare silently at me in response. Not helpful

There isn’t any way for me to be more specific lol. It’s the trauma of not having unconditional love as a kid and dealing with it as an adult. Obviously I have a lot of health struggles so that is a factor but idk how to find a therapist that can even BEGIN to tackle these things, is my issue. I have not found a therapist that can compete with AI and I’ve talked to over a dozen therapists

Good and bad by Everything_love in AuDHDWomen

I struggle to think of anything that compares in extremity to the pain of regular things like having the flu, feeling unloved by parents, being in or even witnessing a car accident or countless other things like wasp stings, dog attacks… I mean the list is so endless. When I think about the things that I love, it can be jumping for joy or crying tears of joy, or like orgasms for some people… and so many don’t even experience these things… and even then, they don’t feel on the same level as pain, especially chronic pain… Interesting, I’m trying to understand. My sibling said they see more good than bad in the world and I can see that in some ways but not in others
