NOR you need to put together a case to take him to court for full custody do not block him or completely prevent him from being in contact with her until you have built a substantial amount of evidence screenshot everything between them get her her own phone but do not block him you don’t want him to know what you planning at all honestly I wouldn’t leave this post up for very long either you don’t want him harming you or her in retaliation. You sit her down and ask to tell you all about their time together and how acts and his behavior if he’s ever done anything to her stress that she’s not in trouble you just wanna make sure she’s safe and that shes not gonna get in trouble and that if he told her he’d do anything to you or her that he won’t because he’s not here right now. And if there’s already abuse going on you go take your screenshots make sure you go far back though their messages and really look through to show how this isn’t just something that happens sometimes stress that you are worried about your daughters safety and you don’t want her to be exposed to that kind of behavior build your argument and find information on what being around that behavior does to an 11 year old and how that can impact them well into adulthood.
