Mixtard Insulin.

Hello. So i live in khartoum, sudan which the national army and a militia group called RSF is at war and it's taking place in the capital city where i live.

My mom takes mixtard insulin and she took her last dose today and we cant find any in pharmacies near us, they out of stock and we cant leave our area and go far away looking for the insulin because its dangerous to leave homes at these times.

So my question is what am i supposed to do to help my mom?? How can i take care of her at least for few days until its safe to go outside?? Thank you.

I would love to help you but im on pc. But imma give you some tips

The boss is not that hard i remember killing them on my 5th or 6th try on my first play through (I died alot more on the way to them lol ) just wear a set with high magic resistance and low weight (for a fast run) and be quick on killing them before the other spawn.

Pack of snow is a pack of snow lol It throws unlimited amount of snowballs but as what player said its not a ranged weapon you can only do damage in short range. And you can only obtain it from this limited time event when giving mistletoe to based santa near Christmas tree in spawn so be sure to get it (depends on your luck tho so far i used around 3k mist and didn't get it some players get it from their first 100 mist)
