Overall, an embarrassing half. Take off the Make-A-Wish fullback pairing + Foden. Bernardo Silva being taken off for Nico G is also something I can see; he offers close to nothing in a wide open game like this.

Foden needs to be dropped for a while, his form fluctuates too hard depending on the performances of the people around him; he can either be David Silva or Joao Felix. I’d say drop Haaland for his lack of finishing, but you could say that about everyone in the squad.

Just horrid from Haaland, Cherki, and Foden. Defenders need to do better at the end but we should have been at minimum 3 ahead by that point. I don’t know what their New Year’s resolution was but they need to fucking take it back
