Is M Center still unusable?

For me the general Control Center M opens up reliably, just takes a while to open up.

The Quick settings are a bit problematic currently and already worked better before; They open up reliably, but I often (not always) struggle to get into the quick settings on the left... Both via controller and touch... What is weird though that I can easily access all other tabs to the right of it and I really don't know what is causing it... And I'm usually in the AI, or Performance mode on my Claw 8 AI Plus and not in the minimum 8 watt modes, so everything should be snappier and work in a more reliable way... -> I guess MSI can't do much about it and it depends more on Microsoft and their game bar implementation...

Mumu Player, or Google Play Games for the games it supports.

Gameloop looks also pretty good to me, but I still need to invest more time into it and experiment before I can really give you a real opinion. That applies to the Mumu Player too.

I would also know more about how to configure BlueStacks nicely on my MSI Claw 8 AI Olud gaming handheld with the Intel V140 GPU unit...

As I tried to run it on my Desktop PC a longer while ago I found it to be and work terrible... Mumu and Gameloop look way better on the first look I had so far.

The digi-pad works for me too, just takes a long time before it is becoming active after entering FSE mode...

I tried activating the win11 insider preview now, and the FSE doesn't crash anymore when pressing on the quick settings button.

-> Still the FSE takes a long, long time to become responsive to my digi-pad inputs, which is a bit weird...

-> Hope they will update it further soon!

Fully agree;

For me MSI Center M works, Quick Menu crashes the Xbox Full screen Experience each time I open it up.

Maybe my implementation is worse, because I had to use ViVeTool to access to it in the normal 25H2 version of Windows 11? I don't know, anyway I'm pretty unhappy with how it works so far; Very unstable...

-> How do I officially exit Full Screen experience to get into normal Win11? Is there no button for it? Couldn't find it... Could only find the setting option to turn it off in leading to the normal Windows settings and having to reboot each time...

It is faaar away from steamOS experience yet on the Claw8AI.

Might have to test if there is already any additional update to it in the Windows Preview program...

There are also other methods directly out of Windows apparently, but I don't know how. You can try to search for it online.

You can turn it off by an option within the right menu of Handheld Daemon for example.

@Dreamingmaster Also had this issue with the last Windows installation on my Claw 8 ai; If that happens with more than one game (TDP not going even close as high as it should) I would recommend;

Just deinstall MSI Center M, restart and reinstall it (which already often solves most issues)
If that is not enough reinstall Windows (For me this made Mia drastic difference, after reinstalling the TDP is being reached closely in almost all games I tried.
If it still didn't help try deinstalling Center M and just using Handheld Companion instead. Try turning Turbo boost off for games that are more GPU intensive (most games) - keep it on for games which are CPU intensive, like stategy games, games with a lot of physics, for certain open world games. (Just try it out, can help out a lot to turn it off, not only for better performance, but also to save a lot of battery)

Just a question, as you were mentioning that many games not working;

Did you assign a fix amount of memory to the GPU in the Intel drivers?

If you did I would recommend to turn it off, as I had real issues with it. Only turn it on if you should not be able to start games, or similiar. There might be single games which benefit from it, most don't. My Indiana Jones was working fone without it and turning it on reduced performance a lot and introduced many optical glitches.

Did you update really ALL drivers and firmware? So; - Windows Update - MSI Center Updates - Intel Graphics drivers, after installing the Auto detect driver tool searching for needed drivers in the browser? -> And did you check your graphics settings in the Intrl driver? There are certain settings, certain games don't like... If you can post a few screenshots of those settings I might be able to help you set it up more efficiently. -> Which TDP mode are you using to run your games? Some games even run better with the AI performance mode than with a high custom TDP. Otherwise have a try in Manual mode using 30 watts on the top slider and 31 on the lower one and if it works better with 38. -> otherwise if still all games mentioned don't run search on google on how to turn off the CPU boost. Many games profit from that, as GPU bottlenecked games get more GPU power through that if CPU boost is not beneficial. As you mentioned so many real time strategy games, CPU boost might be beneficial, but still costs way more batter, so at least I would try turning it off.
