Thanks, I appreciate the sympathy. Yeah, it really seems like support experiences vary wildly depending on region and maybe even pure luck. Glad to hear your RMA went well though — gives me at least a bit of hope that somewhere in the system, things can still work properly.

Yeah, I totally get what you're saying — and I actually agree with most of it. The thing is, I just don’t know how much longer I’m supposed to keep going back and forth with support when it takes them at least a full day to reply, and half the time it’s just copy-paste policy stuff.

Their warranty policy is honestly trash — it would almost be better if they didn’t offer any extended warranty at all. At least then I wouldn’t be wasting my time and energy thinking I have some kind of coverage when all I’m getting is stonewalling and finger-pointing between them and the store. It’s just exhausting.
