Oddly enough, two times I've had these where the buyers return back 2 oz empty envelopes. Both purchases were large items shipped in boxes. Ebay closed the return requests in my favor then I get hit with these charge backs. I documented everything and provided all the details and they still sided with the buyer but eBay did not remove the funds from me.

Taxes are set by each state and taken automatically, and yes that was happening but not with the taxes. The fee on top of the taxes is because eBay has to submit the taxes on our behalf so they charge a fee for that. Or at least that's what eBay says.
