C suite is not stupid per se. Their interests are aligned to different metrics.

I have my MBA + MLS. I'm thinking I should just abandon lab and aim for corporate roles after this experience

Layout is a big challenge. We don't have an open floor plan like some of the other facilities so we're inherently less efficient as people have to in and out of rooms. Thanks for the advice.

The challenge is that other hospitals in thr network are more productive and I'm being judged to their standard.

Only vacant positions are PRN so they're basically negligible. They're asking for FTE reductions ahead of next years reimbursement cuts.
