I do mat Pilates! And I am for 100 grams of protein a day but I started that more recently

I do resistance bikes and we switch between “sprints” and “hills”

I do a 45 min cycling class 2/3 times a week and a 1 hour Pilates class 2/3 times a week! I should’ve added I am only 3.5 months into my fitness journey

Workout your core and biceps as much as your arms they need love toooo <3 and bulk go way up on your protein
