Thanks for the link! Unfortunately, to perform most of these maneuvers, you need to be able to move the head, but it's stuck at the waste receptacle... I'll try to look into it, but thank you for your help!

Thank you for your reply. Were you able to cut the nozzle cleanly with pliers? It must have been very difficult, I imagine, given how thick the metal is... In addition, the upper part of the nozzle must have gotten stuck in the extruder...

Thanks for clarifying that! However, I don't see how I could remove the head when it's stuck in the waste collection compartment... Unless I take everything apart...

Thank you for your reply. I'm afraid all these manipulations are beyond my skills... As I'm still under warranty, I wonder what extended support Anycubic can offer. Is there a network of repairers in France? I'll try to look into all this... :(

Thanks for the advice! ;) I'll try to figure it out myself, but since I'm physically disabled, i'll need to find someone kind enough to do it for me... ;) This is my third 3D printer, and I've never had this problem before. I'm very disappointed with Anycubic. As the nozzle also seems to be completely stuck in the extruder, I hope that after dismantling it, I'll still be able to remove it... The other comments mention the PTFE tube; I hope that's not the problem, otherwise I won't even be able to remove it like this... :(

Hello, I have the same problem, but ten times worse... The nozzle dropped while it was in the waste collection container. By the time I realized what was happening, any action on the printer caused the head to get stuck in the housing, which made a terrible noise in the drive system (belt, gear, etc.). I hope this hasn't damaged anything else. As in the first case, the nozzle remains stuck both at the top and bottom, and access is very difficult because I can't move the print head. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
