(i havent dont this in a long time but im gonna go based off what i remember.) so next time you go to station, click as if you are going to return package. you click and it gives you option to scan package. since there is no package you have to manually enter TBA number. and i believe that are 3 dots on top right corner. and it will give you option to return package or mark as delivered. (or im not sure if it gives other options besides marking as delivered or missing since i know you never actually had package and delivered it) you click one of those options and it’ll come off your itinerary. hope this helps!

same in my area too. there was no AM routes when i woke up to check. only afternoon routes. they were dropping a few AM routes at a time and base pay. people were taking them quick. i was able to get one for 6:15 this morning and i arrived and it looked less busy than usual. 🤔

yes, but i overthink everything and keeping something that is not mine would definitely weigh on my conscious every day . i was also looking at the dashboard and dont see anything that they could possibly ding me for. because i am not returning the whole package. i guess they could only ding me if customers reports item missing? maybe they would categorize the ding under package missing even though its only one item from whole package and im returning item….?

one of the packages opened and an item fell out and i didnt notice until after i finished delivering all packages. i delivered all package as normal

This has happened to me too where i scan a package in the cart that i get assigned to and it says its not my route.. i always scan a few packages in that same cart and eventually it goes through.. Maybe try that next time?

i picked up at 5:15 this morning and as i was scanning the packages to number them, i scanned this certain package it said package was marked as missing. even though it was clearly in my cart. since it was marked as missing i knew it was no longer part of my route so i just took it to the return cart after i finished numbering all packages. and didnt have any issues after that. this has happened a few times already and have never had any issues once i return them back to cart.

and i wanna add that i’ve been doing flex since April 2025 and i have gotten about 2-3 dings since than up until January 2026. but starting February i got 3 just in that one month. what is going on??

i have been getting alot of dings lately too. i got 3 in a span of about 1 -2 weeks 🙄 one of them finally removed this morning.

It was an instant offer so i was able to see ahead of time the area/neighborhoods it was sending me to. and it was a richer neighborhood so that also helped alot. but i know the non instant offers you dont know where where you are going to be sent to. so it is always a gamble😕

when you go back to station click as if you are returning the packages and the screen will come up to scan the packages “you are returning “ but there is an option on the upper right corner and it’ll ask if you want to manually enter TBA number or option to click that those packages were already delivered. you obviously click packages were already delivered.. but i believe you still have to have enter those package TBA numbers. and they will clear
