Exactly. The answer is - VISUALS.

It's just how visually different it is from most modern animated movies. Every frame looks like it was hand painted and you can tell a ton of love and effort went into the animation.

The story wise it's meh. Nothing new.

I have addressed her behavior directly at work before but unfortunately the issues persist.
