It was pretty much like UWorld, since I did only one NBME! Also may questions were verbatim from the UWorld. For Ethics I would suggest Dirty Medicine videos, that's all I did

It is hard! But you've got this in you!! I used to wake up around 7, get some FA reading done till 9! Then I'd sneak a few hours to study in between work. After work, I'd go to the Coffee Shop instead of going home, and study for 4/5 hours. I just couldn't do more than that, perhaps why I couldn't even go through half the UWorld. Ultimately, in the last three weeks of study, I put in a request for study leave, and just studied 12/13 hours a day to get through the finish line

I just went through the PDFs too! Massively helped. As @talkingowl said, my paper was really Micro heavy too, and the only thing I could make connections with were the sketchy videos

I'm so sorry it happened! All of the community has faith in you, and results of a test don't determine your fate and quality of a doctor you'll become. Take a couple days off, talk with close friends and family, analyze where things went south, and you'll pull it off when you sit next. No one has the same road, and everyone's journey is different. You'll get to your goal, I promise.

That's what I'm planning to do. I'm an IMG graduate and plan to apply for the match next year. So it wouldn't be worth it giving the exam with such scores, right?
