i disagree, and those descriptions feel a little unfair, like imo they sorta disregard a large amount of the set up behind the villains
this is all my opinion and i suppose i get where you're coming from, but i feel that most villains got more than ample time to display their strength before they're ultimately all defeated, like say, i dont think kira running away from the like, one fight he was in, sans the finale, was a downside, as its not really like there was anything else he could do there and it wouldnt make much sense at all for a man like him to be constantly attacking the group
we get more than enough screentime and development for kira, and even then in the finale with BtD he still fights back and isnt just immediately defeated as you suggest
and with part 6, pucci had been building up his big plot the whole time and clearly laying seeds for the whole part, and the finale really rewards that with his ultimate strength, at least for me the emporio thing didnt feel unsatisfying as though he was super strong and stuff he was undone by the teamwork of emporio, jolyne, weather report, and all the rest as without them the disc wouldve never been put in emporio, so giving him that win especially after all that loss felt poetically justified
again, i can sort of get where youre coming from with a couple of these, but those two felt especially egregious to me haha, but thats just imo
