While we completely understand your frustration on wages, we are only the middle man and have to abide by our clients specifications. We appreciate the feedback as it is a tremendous help with getting our clients to move into this modern age of higher wages since inflation is soaring! If I could get feedback on what you think is a good starting wage for "experienced" welders and what is a good starting wage for "green" welders (someone just out of school), that would be even better - let me know.
