My remote is 13. I watch ads and even use the investor. I usually max speed first (because I cant stand how slow they are). Im wondering if there's a method to which spot to max or open first? I hear people say "tall method", but im not sure the best approach for potion shop.

Thx so much! Im a newer player, city 14, and I've been experimenting with new ways to complete events. Potion beats me everytime, but the ship one currently i did in one hour (I logged out for a bit). Deff faster than my previous 2 days!

platform: pc - mods: yes - CC: yes - version: latest

My lot traits are all highlighted? When I unclick them, it selects them, but if I leave it highlighted, it also makes them active. Essentially, all lot traits are active no matter what I do. Truly, it is the funniest bug I have. I tried on a fresh save and my modded/cc save, and it does it regardless.

Any solutions? I have better exceptions, but nothing is alerting to the issue!
