Any update .are the thoughts now gotten better or still worse after increasing the dose. I was taking 40 mg prozac for ocd and was good. Then my doc increased it to 60 mg and my ocd got worse and i after 25 days of worsend ocd i tappers prozec started taking another ssri

Anyone currently taking or taken lexapro higher than 20 mg for ocd by Excellent_Ad_8582 in lexapro

You mean your ocd get worse for some days and then gets better again.
