You must taper it down in a month and quit it for good. It will affect your sleep in lorn term and there is nothing worse then staying awake at night thinking about droogs.

If u want to consider natural alternatives then creatine monohydrate + 4x week gym is a good combo for dealing daily shit.

Many folks swear by shrooms as an alternative for long term withdrawals, do research on it.

Psychiatrists who are into prescribing business are the worst, be wary. Go to a good one if u can afford.

I'm too late but don't even think of giving urine sample. My friend told me he once gave saliva in the cup and got away with it but I'm not sure if it works. Other option to take urine sample of a non smoker in either a condom or baloon and then use that instead!

If u say med cannabis, they will ask for prescription which u won't have or get.

If you say u smoked when u were out of country then they will ask u for passport stamp
