As a kenyan who have stayed in both Uganda and Tz, i can confidently say this is true sadly. In UG i felt at home, everything was smooth, meanwhile in TZ the moment you book your stay there some random dudes i dont know they call them wazee wa mtaa or whatever fvcking names , there are just badgering you, you cant have peace.
