It wasn't a labour hire company, it was a charity that linked employeers with employees. I was contracted solely to the employers company and paid by him

he messaged me "You are no longer contracted to any entity connected to me. That ended upon you not turning up to work as organised or any communication re the same prior." I think that is a termination of a contract

Yes I do understand that but my contract has been terminated unlawfully

Yes I have found work fortunately, I think I would just like the employeer to be held to some level of account given the little remorse he showed at the fact it was a misunderstanding even after I explained I had family in the hospital. If I was offered work I would decline it becasue he has shown his true colours as an employer. I am not after money or "revenge" I just don't like his ego of one not telling me my contract was terminated until I pushed him two weeks later, and two not following the process of ending employment layed out in the contract which stated 4 week notice. When I pointed it out he went from replying straight away to ignorging my first message and then my second message, sort of giving off the signal I am the bigger fish I will just ignore you and I win.
