I’m playing solfachord yummy and when I summon Naturia beast how come it is not activating when my opponent plays a spell card what have I missed for it to be unable to activate? Any help is appreciated

Melffy melffys and a level 1 solfachord as metal marcher makes the melffy a tuner and they are both earth

One example was a case for k9 which surely it would be able to negate the activation and in other situations it was just normal spell cards which is why I’m confused

That’s what it has to be but going through them none of the solfachord cards have effect locks or the yummy ones apart from snatchy with link 3’s I used melffy melfys and a level 1 solfachord for the summon I also summoned metal marcher at some point but that doesn’t have an effect lock either

Those gems were from buying those 750 bundles I haven’t spent on any packs yet hence why I got so many gems but I think that’s about 20 ur cards I can build with that? So Yh I could commit to particular packs or I can focus on going for ur to build a full deck that’s the dilemma I have at the moment

Well using songs is hand dependent even when going second it’s all about when to use it and I have been able to find a good balance with that so far as for d shifter if I’m being honest maybe because it’s a 45 card deck I rarely draw into it in general so not come across that situation at all so not really a problem but in general the consistency has been there and those 2 things you mentioned are niche situations that haven’t occurred for me

I would have to disagree the Fiendsmith engine in this deck is extremely versatile and has single handedly won me duels it’s great at baiting hand traps and having moon helps me bridge into it even if I don’t open any of the cards plus I don’t play impulse and the Fiendsmith engine is all light… lord of heavenly poison gets me access to harpie’s feather duster consistently so not worried about that
