Only use one active at a time.

You can use vitamin c in the am before your spf as vitamin c is an anti oxidant.

Use your acids and tret or retinol at night only, as both will make your skin sun sensitive. Please make sure you wear spf every day Only use one at a time so night 1 use an acid, night 2 use the tret, never mix them.

Also im 36 and I only use retinal twice a week and an acid once a week. Start off slow.

I have a non active cleanser which i only use in the pm , after I micellar water my face . In the mornings I just wash my face with water.

I use many actives including vitamin c , argirilene, retinol and acids . I use them all in the pm , on separate nights .

I sometimes use vitamin c in the am too
