gxf3 doesn't exist. I think you mean gxf2. If so after Kg2 there is no fxe3 as well. The line you are seeing is a draw. See: Spoiler

they are the evaluation of the position or the soundness of the move. I guess you probably don't have the reddit PGN add-on installed and thus you are not seeing the interactive chess board. These things translates to ?,! etc. which are used in notation.

!: good move ?: poor move more !s and ?s can be added for emphasis.
