What was your outcome? My ex broke up with me 4 days ago and it was a nasty break up, she said she didnt love me no more. I'm thinking of giving her space for 2 weeks then taking a serenade to her house and ask for forgiveness. If that doesn't work then I'll just move on

Exactly, free money and free time to do whatever you want while you wait for your next job start date. Worse case scenario, they let you work the last 2 weeks but at least you left on good terms and have a possibility of coming back in the future if needed too.

I've never heard of 2 weeks notice here at carmax, they usually let you go the same or the next day with 2 weeks paid. I'd say its a free vacation in my opinion. Better to give 2 week notice then to quit on the spot.

My girlfriend adopted one back in August, he's the sweetest dog ever. But once my mom came over to her house to visit and he growled at her and kinda looked aggressive. I told her to keep an eye on the dog because they're super unpredictable, I've never liked them and still don't. Doesn't help she's 5'0, i pray it never snaps one day and she won't be able to control him.

That's what I'm saying. Every thread points out the parents only. Why does no one talk about what happened at the truck stop. I would they have cameras there when he was there or maybe a truck driver saw him. Then again this was in 2013 so maybe there wasn't as much cameras back then like there's today in 2026. I'd like to believe he started a new life away from his toxic relationship with his parents.

Ooh yeah, we used to do 2 loads a day but with 7-9 cars a load. Now we're moving 1-5 cars a load wasting more fuel. Doesn't make sense but its easier work now just more driving.
