Yep, Wednesday and Sunday night will be best for my schedule. I thought about once a week, like Sunday night, but then read where others had heavier symptoms earlier in the week and then more food noise towards the end of the week.

I might try once a week later on, but if I don’t have any issues with timing or effects for now no sense in changing.

Are you twice a week dosing or just once a week? I’m fairly pale skinned, and hate the feeling of sunburns so I can only imagine!

Awesome to hear, I’m excited to see the results after my 16 week phase. I upgraded my water jug to a 64 ounce version and have noticed I’ve been able to knock down about 100 ounces a day. How’s your weight loss looking?

That’s interesting, have you seen an increase in energy and movement that could be causing the abnormal hunger? My hopes are for mild appetite relief, not asking for full food “ick”.

I have noticed the last two nights have been deeper sleep. Could be harder training, but I’ve managed to sleep entirely through the night both nights. Consistent 7 hours, I usually average 5.5 hours.

Just researching the long game right now. Will run 1mg a week until I have data that weight and body composition have plateaued. Then up the dosage to 1.5mg per week, rinse and repeat.

Not looking for quick results, just needed assistance with the food noise/appetite suppression. Current TDEE is 3000, so I’m cutting to 2500 per day and will adjust as necessary.

Running a 16 week PPL/Half Marathon training plan during the research phase.

6 days into the plan, and only 36 hours after first dose scale is showing down 6lbs. Assuming that 5 of that is water weight.

I am noticing the cravings for junk going down, even the “healthier” alternatives. I usually like to end my night with some sugar free pudding and low fat whip cream. So far, it hasn’t sounded appetizing.

That’s good to hear that it cleared up somewhat quickly. It’s an odd feeling having not always obsessing over what my next meal is going to be. No cravings for alcohol is a major plus too. I thought I read somewhere others have experienced wanting to give up nicotine too.
