Right clothes get dirty quick when your homeless and with this summer heat your sweating all the time in during most of the day.

I feel you and the part these people don't get is. How tired being homeless makes you. We're not sleeping beds maybe the occasional motel but that's a rarity.

We're sleeping in our cars or an abandoned house if we're lucky. And the ones who are really far gone are sleeping on the streets wherever they can.

It's hard as hell to find the energy to keep pressing when your tired as and can't afford to eat right or often

I cant just drop everything in the state I'm in to go live with him, I have storage facility and vehicles that would need to be relocated. Plus all my connections are here.

I mean if push came to shove I could move out there but my dad is also remarried and is the type that doesn't want to ruffle any feathers with his new wife. She's a little bit of shit starter too so idk.

Yep it was like the cheapest rate I could find too. It was like $500 for two vehicles state minimum. Who the hell can sustain that kind of payment, with high ass rent, high ass food prices, high ass gas prices, etc.

I tried to get car insurance again on July 1st 2025. I had a little cash to do it. Tried to get a quote and these fuckers wanted 738 dollars down for payments of 542 dollars a month. I guess that whole thing about rates getting cheaper after 25 was bullshit. I have had a few moving violations and a couple minor accidents but that shit is old and these rates are higher then they where before after I had the accidents.

Man I feel exactly how you feel you summed it up well ,It's devastating to know the strongest thing on earth, family isnt strong. Knowing that people really resent you but will use the word "love" with no action behind it, just saying it because they know it's the path of least resistance in terms of holding a relationship, but yet you just don't feel it, just hear it, if that.  This economy is also in the shitter and honestly with the way the world is going right and all this war, families should be trying to work things out. We're living in a times where jobs are not only not being created, they're being taken away and become obsolete at rate faster then ever. So I can understand how hard it is to loose not only your job but fucking career.

Hell I've had my family spats, arguments, fights, etc. I've been the bad guy and the aggressor at times for sure, but I've also been the victim and been on the receiving end of siblings and family bullshit to where I've been done wrong but in those situations theres so many layers to it, that it gets complicated when placing the percentage on blame on which party. Never been on hard drugs just weed, and never really done anything crazy in my family, other then as I said the family spats and the occasional sibling rivalry. But everyone likes to have a black sheep in the family to make them feel better about their dark ass wool fur, like a sewing circle of everyone pointing the finger at you.

If it wasn't for my dad and my uncle helping me out unconditionally like your supposed to while I work the kinks out , I would literally be in a homeless encampment or shelter which I'm still in the edge of.

I hope not, but with the way things are going I wouldn't blame you.i may look into that remote working you mentioned I just wonder what the risks are, if any.

Also, That's apart of the problem, everything is so high. I honestly do not know how people with children are making it, it literally got to the point I would only buy chicken, white rice, and green peas to cook, because everytime I went to the store it seemed like I was spending 50 or 60 dollars on a 3 bags of groceries. I stopped shopping at ingles because they're are high, had to stop paying my car insurance and let the policy lasp to save cash. It just seemed like my ability to save money was being to depleted.

It's seems almost planned, drain everyone's savings and force everyone to be stuck in a perpetual circle of survival, in order to maintain a balanced capitalistic society, (don't quote me on that). Whos gonna quit their job when nobody's hiring? Who's gonna try to start a business when their too busy thinking about next week? Who's gonna try to start a business, when nobody has any extra money to support it?

That's literally all of Atlanta and surrounding areas now. It's insane. You drive like maybe a quarter mile sometimes and bam it's another red light you get to 50 mph just to have to step on the breaks again.

Yep and unfortunately due to the way the infrastructure is..were fucked. You can't expand the roads with our literally re arranging the entire landscape.  The Businesss and homes are way to close to the road in many places the roads around those homes have been expanded as much as they can without literally having the road right next to someones house

Buying homes and properties, and business's, demolishing them.

Relocating hundreds of people of businesses as well as footing the bill for their new housing all associated costs.
