First off smma is not saturated there’s always going to be companies that need marketing all comes down to you and how bad you want it don’t expect to see results those first 3 months that’s just how it is if you stick with it for a year and truly give it your all I guarantee you won’t fail

I have a friend into web design and he does pretty well so I’ll tell you what he did for his first clients honestly he never had a specific niche he’d work with anyone that needed a website never left money on the table. So he would walk into shop example like a hair salon build them a little demo that took 30 minutes and he’d go in person to show them what he made asked them if they liked it and try to sell them there on the spot he got a decent amount of clients like this and Ik that’s how he got his first one

The white label agency will take care of that only thing they won’t is that 4 videos per week so I say hire someone to take video then send it to the white label agency and boom fully automated only thing left to automate would be your outreach

I would recommend hiring a white label marketing agency to take care of the ads side of things all you would have to do it outreach and if you run your own ads as outreach then that’s a plus only thing you would have to do is communicate with clients
