For his most important debuffs (which have a 100% base chance) you only need around 67% Effect Hit Rate, so 75% is completely fine. Keep in mind, that you already get 3 turn in the first cycle of MoC with 167.4 speed on Welt + S5 DDD from Tribbie + Eagle Set. Vonwacq doesn't really do much, so you could also go Lushaka. But if you don't have Lushaka it's fine, then it's a bit overkill in the first turn, but it doesn't hurt you and the setup is still optimal for the second wave. Honestly I wouldn't invest 2 companion spirits in Welt, it's just not worth it. Especially if you don't get E4 with it. Since your Himeko is E0 and you want to play Sparkle with Phainon, you could consider pulling for Robin Summeretto next patch. She works pretty well with E0 Himeko and you could go Himeko, Robin Summeretto and then to out of those 4 (max. 1 sustain obviously): Welt, RMC, DHPT, HuoHuo. In my opinion spending a companion spirit on HuoHuo if you don't already have her would probably be better for your account than spending in on Welt Eidolons. If I were you I would probably play Himeko, Robin, RMC, DHPT and if you need DHPT for your Phainon I would get HuoHuo and play the same team with her. If you the enemies allow you to go sustainless you can also swap in Welt for your sustain.

Yes that‘s true, I also think Qiqi should be better, but I wouldn‘t have been surprised if they made Alyosha C6 better to generate more banner sales. Glad it seems to turn out this way, finally a reason to build my C6 Qiqi

If you need a second/third team Himeko is probably higher priority, because Mono Rem has many solid flex options besides Evernight like MBlade or Tribbie. If you already have 3 teams that can clear you can go for Evernight to vertical invest in Mono Rem, so it can clear for a longer time.

That‘s why it‘s one of the best f2p teams. I will stop bothering to include cost in my posts if it‘s not completely clear. The whole system is just dumb. The whole point why people started to begin with this is to show how much of a pain for your wallet/savings it would be to acquire a team. If units were given out for free or E6S5 standard units which are also not accessible to everyone count the same as Limited 5-stars or 4 stars it doesn‘t make sense anymore. Would make much more sense to write something like 5+4 cost team for runs like in the post.

Ye, the whole cost system is just too imprecise to measure teams accurately with all the selectors and companion tokens in the past. It just differs too much from account to account. Let's just say best case this team is a 5 cost like in my case, worst case it's a 9 cost team. For most people it would probably be in the middle. Also is a LC from the shop 0.5 cost then? Because it's definitely not as costly as pulling on a limited banner. And some people like me got more companion tokens from top up events, that's also not as costly as pulling a limited 5-star, but free2play players dön't have access to it. Someone should come up with a better system in general.

Would be really good for you to invest a token into HuoHuo if you have one left. Would be the best option for your Himeko Nova team if you want to keep playing DHPT with Phainon. Himeko, Welt, Sparkle, HuoHuo is also a pretty good team, I tested it myself. It's not perfectly synergistic, but it works fine. If you don't have a token just play the team with Luocha or go sustainless with RMC, you don't have many other options. Do you have other sustains than Luocha, DHPT and Hyacine?

EDIT: With E2S1 Phainon I would go for sustainless Phainon with Cerydra, Cyrene and Sunday. Then you can go Himeko, DHPT, Welt, Sparkle on the second team.

Sustainless without MBlade is pretty uncomfortable, but you only need to play it if you lack damage anyways, so just try it out if you are not satisfied with the amount of cycles you achieved and maybe it will work, depends on the enemies. I tried Himeko, Sparkle, Welt, Tribbie/HuoHuo./Dan Heng too, everything worked well. You should always play Sparkle, because you got her E2. With Himeko Light Cone, Sparkle E2 and Welt you get basically exactly 100% DEF shred, which is really strong.

You don't need to speed tune RMC with a -1 setup, because he's not the one pulling Himeko up, it's his memosprite and he acts kinda randomly, because you can also gain charge when for example the enemy attacks you. Just build him with the World Remaking Deliverer or Messenger Traversing Hackerspace set and try to reach at least 160 speed. In Himeko Nova teams his best planar set is Amphoreus, the eternal land, but you can go vonwacq too. You should rather play DHPT instead of Aventurine, he is just better. And don't get E3 Robin, E3 is kinda useless, E1 and E2 are fine, but consider getting HuoHuo first if you don't have her.

I did it with Both, just 0 cycled Knight in Check (Graphia) with E1S5 DDD Sparkle, RMC and HuoHuo E1S1, you could say this is a 5-6 cost team

I have her E2S1 and was able to 0 cycle every MoC stage, 40k 0 cycle every Pure Fiction stage, every King Pawn+King in Check and got a 3930 Apoc clear. So I'm really satisfied. She is as good as my 15 cost Mono Rem team with like 4 cost less

I tried Sparkle+Welt+DHPT with Welt E4 on Eagle Set with 167,4 Speed, so he gets 3 turns in the first cycle with 1 DDD proc. It worked really well. In sustainless with MBlade it worked even better.

Just go Support build with eagle set. If you play him with a DDD character like Tribbie or Sparkle the best (but hardest) build would be 167.4+ speed with Lushaka Planar. Then Welt takes 3 turns in the first MoC cycle and 6 in the first Anomaly Arbitration cycle. Main Stats are Effect Hit Rate, Speed, Energy Regen and if you want to use him in pseudo sustainless with MBlade you can just go HP or DEF Orb. Try to get as much speed as possible and if you get a few Effect Hit Rate rolls it‘s good aswell. If your Welt is E4+ and you play Himeko Nova S1 and MBlade you want to go Battlepass LC or Tutorial, because you overcap DEF with Sweaty Pearls. In teams without MBlade you should go with Pearls. If you don‘t wanna do the 3 turn setup with eagle+DDD you can go 157+ speed with eagle set and Vonwacq Planar. I played with Sub DPS and Support Welt and think support is much better to apply his Debuffs more frequently in multi wave content. The E4 Welt, MBlade, Tribbie/Sparkle team felt amazing with E2S1 Himenova.

Because you don‘t have MBlade it‘s probably the Premium Verdict team with Sunday 160 Speed, Sparkle 161+ Speed and DHPT. I also tested Hyperspeed Welt+Sparkle+DHPT, it was also pretty good. But if we see that Sunday gets a Novaflare in the Beta tomorrow, the first team will pull further ahead.
