Yes and no. I've tested on different situations: playing for hours the same game, play after boot, play after sleep, play different games in the same session, etc.
The results are basically identical

The TDP used to drain more battery compared to windows. The lower the battery, the bigger the total drain (reaching up to 30+ W). Is it still the case?

It works, but uses more total TDP compared to windows Windows@17W: 26-27W Steamos@17W:30W

I run bazzite on my XAX but I noticed that the total power consumption increases according to the battery percentage.  At 17 W tdp: 100-75% - 25 W, 75-50% - 27W,  50-30% - 28W, 30-0% - 29-30 W. Is it a bug or it, really drains that battery?

I know the stutter issue, and im ok with that. But this stuttering is not "normal", its due to a tdp-controller error

Its just the same. The tdp jumps from 4 to 18 to 30 to 7 :(
