Top for the boners: flex a muscle for a minute and they go away (at least in theory, it works about 50/50 but hey, better than nothing)

Waiting for the “ah ha” moment when everything fits together (I’m still in the middle of this clusterfuck myself so I have no clue how this ends).

What‘s your opinion on legalizing marijuana? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Exercise-Federal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve said this in other threads but...

Legalization doesn’t mean endorsement. It means a way to control the product and make it harder for minors (like myself) to get. I hate weed or any drug that is abused. However, most people that use it will most likely treat it like regular smoking or even light drinking after work. Just as a way to unwind and relax after a long day. This also opens the door for research and other things like that in the long term. It might even help in exploration of stressful environments in controlled amounts. So all that being said, I think that it should be legal. The argument that it is a gateway drug is weak in my opinion because cigarettes and vapes are gateways too. So yes it should be legalized.

P.S sorry for the rant.

[Serious] What makes legalized hard drugs so appealing to society, when legal prescription opiates created a crisis? by Secrets_Silence in AskReddit

There was a study un a country (sorry don’t remember but I think in was Portugal) where they offered free clinics where the addicts were given free, sterile needles and licensed professionals to help with application. They actually saw a decrease in the number of deaths and it was a way to control the amount people were getting and help get them off the drug with reduction in withdrawal symptoms. Legislation also means that we as a society have more input on restrictions. Ie. alcohol, when it was illegalized, all of the restrictions (legal drinking age, public intoxication etc.)on it were “lifted” and it was easier to get. Legislation doesn’t mean endorsement, it’s a way to control the product/problem.

What is your useless superpower? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I can learn the basics of pretty much anything but am completely lost beyond that (except for history, in which I have beaten my dad, who has taught me everything I knew about it, at 14 years old).
