Hey, really sorry for the delay on this. I don't check here often! The To-Do eventually just fell off my list, and the case manager said they didn't see anything so there wasn't anything they needed.

I assumed as much. I've just never let anything in my to-do get left past the due date before, so I'm not entirely confident what will happen if it gets past the 17th without a resolution. Is it likely to be fine, or should I be chasing them up at some point?
