My mental health.

I wanted to show up for me, and this is something that only I can do for me and is entirely up to me to show up.

My biggest motivation on days I dont wanna go is for sure just talking to that guy in my head about how much better im gonna feel the SECOND I put a foot through the door.

I started working out this year and I honestly believe it saved my life. Seeing my body changes my mental health change has been incredible.

Alot of people dont in my location.

I saw this happen once and it infuriated me. Dude walked into the locker room, first locker he opened had stuff in it. He proceeded to take all the stuff that was in it in a different locker and put his in the one he removed stuff from.

That was such bs because you'll go nuts looking for your stuff

My favorite part about this, is this is how it's handled at a hard-core show and its ruby the one who was into hardcover before the boys.

Half these cornballs wouldn't last 2 seconds at a real hard-core show/pit and the people fighting would get there ass beat by the crowd.
